In China the most picturesque time in spring is April(the lunar calendar), which every seed and plant start to sprout with green leaves all around fields. 

　　On April 7th., 2018, our company had a unique union activity under the organization of the Party, league and labor union. Under the leadership of the union president, most of the employees of the company participated in this day trip with great interest. Everyone was delighted and had some sense with each other so the atmosphere was quite good.

　　We started the trip from the company with the weather was still sunny and the wind was a bit stronger, but it did not affect everyone's elation. We all became conversationalists, though the Qingming day, unlike in the past with a heavy atmosphere of depression, perhaps is the most beautiful season of the year here, which live up to this good time so everyone’s mood is particularly gleeful. After arriving at the destination of Tribute Lake Bay, we seperated our jobs, rent stove, set up tables and chairs, wash and cut vegetables, skewer barbecue and a set of procedures to make everything is ready. Everyone's active participation to make the atmosphere immediately even more active, male compatriots took the initiative to undertake the barbecue task, female compatriots were eager to eat, which was a very harmonious scene.

　　Although the activities organized by the company seemed to be very simple, in fact, it was to promote a better relationship between employees so as to achieve a tacit understanding and friendly relationship of mutual humility and compromise in the future work. Having experienced this labor union activity, I gained a lot of relaxation and happiness and realized that not only in work, but also in life to understand others. Let each of us to have more profound feelings, and more importantly, in the rich culture, team culture, feel the positive, unity and harmony of the company's mental outlook.
